Produced using traditional methods, the milk is carefully coagulated with rennet, the whey is separated, and the cheese is then salted, dried, and aged under controlled temperature and humidity conditions.

Aged for a minimum of 6 months, this artisan Iberian cheese develops a firm texture and a rich, intense flavour profile, making it an excellent choice for cheese boards, tapas, and gourmet platters.
